Carbon sweep aliante
Made with carbon fiber, the new aliante sweep rigger is able to transmit directly the athlete’s load to the boat without any elastic absorption. The weight is located at the ends, to further optimize the boat’s stability. Mounted on Ad hoc stratified boats, the new sweep rigger is designed to be nondeformable during the rowing action.
Aliante Carbon
The Aliante carbon is our top of the line, bow-mounted rigger, and has set more world record than any other rigger. Engineered to transfer the athlete’s power to the oar, it is a highly efficient design, and the choice of most competitive athletes. By using a C shaped clamp to hold the pin at the top and bottom, the pin cannot bend or deform. This keeps the blade stable through the stroke and transfers power very effectively.
Aliante Aluminum
Borrowing the engineering behind our carbon Aliante, the aluminum version offers great performance at a lower cost and a touch more weight. Good enough to be used at Worlds and top programs around the globe, the bow-mounted aluminum Aliante uses a C shaped clamp to hold the pin at the top and bottom. This keeps the blade stable through the stroke and transfers power very effectively. Available in black or silver.
Carbon Wing
The Carbon wing is our stern mounted option, and has proven itself time and again as a great design. Still used at Worlds and the Olympics, the carbon wing uses a more traditional design, with the pin bolted to the rigger, and a backstay which holds the pin at the top. This set up keeps the pin steady, preventing it from deforming and losing power throughout the stroke.
Aluminum Wing
This stern-mounted rigger offers much of the performance of the carbon wing, but at a lower price point and with a little more weight. The wing uses a more traditional design, with the pin bolted to the rigger, and a backstay which holds the pin at the top. This set up keeps the pin steady, preventing it from deforming and losing power throughout the stroke.
Sweep Carbon Wing
Our Sweep Carbon Wing rigger has been perfected over the years, and is the result of countless hours of engineering and testing. It is lightweight, highly adjustable, and designed specifically to transfer the athlete’s energy into forward motion. When every bit of performance matters, the carbon sweep rigger is your best option.
Sweep Aluminum Wing
Using the same engineering principles as the Carbon Sweep wing rigger, the aluminum version is cheaper but a touch heavier. Still a top performer, you will see this set up at the World Championship and World Cup events. Just like the Carbon wing, this rigger is stern-mounted and uses a traditional pin and backstay set up.
